The 1000L five-layer blow molding machine represents advanced container manufacturing technology, designed for producing high-barrier containers for the most demanding industrial applications. These sophisticated systems utilize five independent extruders arranged in a specific configuration to feed different material types into a multi-layer die head that creates precisely layered parisons.
Technical Specifications
Each extruder features an 80mm screw diameter with a 28:1 length-to-diameter ratio, powered by 30kW servo motors that ensure precise volumetric control and optimal plasticization. These high-performance systems can produce 1000L containers at a rate of 16-25 per hour, with a total power requirement of approximately 402 kW and average energy consumption of 220 kW.
Advanced Die Head Technology
The key technological component is the penta-layer die head with a 1000-liter capacity, engineered with spiral flow channels that eliminate weld marks and ensure uniform material distribution throughout the container structure.
Control System
The integrated Siemens PLC control system with touchscreen interfaces allows operators to monitor and adjust each layer's parameters independently, including temperature profiles, extrusion speeds, and individual layer thickness ratios for optimal production quality.
