The 1000L seven-layer blow molding machine represents the pinnacle of container manufacturing technology, enabling the production of superior barrier containers for the most demanding applications, including automotive fuel systems, hazardous chemical packaging, and sensitive food products.
These state-of-the-art systems utilize seven independent extruders arranged in a precise configuration to feed different material types into a sophisticated multi-layer die head that creates a perfectly layered parison with exceptional precision. Each extruder features specialized screw designs optimized for specific materials, with advanced grooved barrel sections ensuring stable extrusion and homogeneous melting.
These advanced machines require substantial power (typically 385-585 kW) and incorporate sophisticated temperature control systems maintaining ±1°C accuracy across all heating zones. The key technological component is the hepta-layer die head with sophisticated flow channels that maintain perfect layer separation until parison formation. The control system integrates industrial PCs with high-resolution touchscreen interfaces that allow operators to monitor and adjust each layer's parameters with exceptional precision, including temperature profiles, extrusion speeds, and individual layer thickness ratios.
