The 7-layer configuration offers remarkable design flexibility. Engineers can create optimized structures such as: Virgin Outer / Regrind / Adhesive / Barrier (EVOH) / Adhesive / Regrind / Virgin Inner. This symmetrical structure allows for the strategic placement of high percentages of post-industrial regrind in the core layers, sandwiched between high-performance functional skins and barriers. The result is a container that meets stringent performance specifications for chemical resistance, moisture barrier, or UV protection, while dramatically reducing raw material costs and environmental footprint. The additional layer (compared to 5 or 6) provides greater precision in balancing cost, performance, and sustainability.

Uncompromising Precision for Large-Volume Output

Building a perfectly balanced 7-layer parison for a 2000L container requires exceptional engineering. Huayu's machine features a high-precision, modular 7-layer co-extrusion die head designed for optimal flow distribution and minimal interfacial turbulence. Each of the seven extruders is independently controlled by servo drives, with specialized screws designed for their specific material (virgin, regrind, adhesive, or barrier resin).
