The core advantage of the six-layer structure is the dual-barrier enhanced design. Compared with the single barrier layer of five-layer equipment, the six-layer configuration adopts double independent barrier layers with different functional characteristics, which can resist the penetration of different chemical media at the same time, solving the problem of single barrier material’s limited adaptability.

The multi-layer transition bonding structure makes the lamination between functional layers tighter, effectively resisting layer separation caused by high temperature, low temperature and chemical erosion. Each layer realizes refined division of labor: outer anti-aging protective layer, multi-stage transition bonding layer, dual composite barrier layer, and inner high-purity anti-corrosion layer, greatly improving the container’s extreme environmental adaptability.

The equipment is equipped with a six-channel synchronous split-flow die head and intelligent layered pressure regulation system, achieving micron-level layer thickness control accuracy. The multi-group independent plasticization system adapts to the synchronous processing of multiple special resins, ensuring stable material performance. The intelligent constant-pressure cooling and shaping system effectively eliminates internal stress of large containers and improves product dimensional stability and durability.
