Product Description

The 2000L single-layer blow molding machine is a classic large-capacity single-material extrusion blow molding equipment. Adopting single extruder integrated molding technology, it is specially used for mass production of 2000L large ordinary plastic storage containers. With simple structure, stable operation and high cost performance, it is the mainstream equipment for civil and conventional industrial large container production.

The equipment uses single HDPE material one-time extrusion molding, with simple and reliable production process. The whole machine has fewer wearing parts, low failure rate and convenient daily maintenance. The optimized large-diameter screw ensures uniform plasticization and stable parison extrusion, effectively solving the problems of uneven wall thickness and insufficient filling of super-large containers. The fully automatic production process including clamping, blowing, cooling and demolding realizes continuous and efficient production.

Limited by single-layer single-material structure, the equipment has no special barrier and anti-corrosion function, so it is only suitable for storing neutral water, ordinary agricultural solutions and non-corrosive industrial materials. Its advantages lie in low equipment investment, low energy consumption and high production efficiency, which can meet the large-scale production needs of ordinary large-capacity containers and create high economic benefits for enterprises.
