HUAYU 330L‑3‑Layer accumulator‑type extrusion blow moulding machine is a fully‑automatic multi‑layer co‑extrusion hollow forming equipment, developed for producing large‑capacity 3‑layer HDPE hollow containers up to 330L.
Adopting three‑layer co‑extrusion die‑head technology, this machine can realize composite parison extrusion with different functional materials. It is equipped with high‑precision parison wall‑thickness control system, stable hydraulic clamping unit and human‑machine touch‑screen operation interface, supporting real‑time parameter setting, process monitoring and fault self‑diagnosis.
Mainly applicable for manufacturing 3‑layer chemical drums, storage tanks, water tanks and other industrial hollow plastic products. It features reliable mechanical structure, good product wall‑thickness uniformity, strong barrier performance of finished goods, easy operation and low maintenance cost.
