The clamping unit is heavy-duty and built with high rigidity frame structure. It provides powerful and balanced clamping force to handle large molds for 2200L containers. The clamping mechanism runs smoothly with low impact and low noise during mold opening and closing. High-precision guide components ensure mold alignment accuracy, preventing flash and deformation of large workpieces. The hydraulic system uses reliable servo pump control, which outputs power on demand. It cuts down energy consumption significantly compared with traditional constant pump systems, while maintaining stable pressure response and fast movement speed.

Human-machine interaction is realized through a high-performance touch screen. Operators can set molding parameters, monitor real-time running status, save product recipes and check historical alarm records on one interface. Multiple sets of mold recipes can be stored and recalled quickly when switching product specifications, shortening mold change and trial production time. Safety protection functions are fully embedded, including emergency stop, safety door interlock and overpressure protection to safeguard operators and equipment during continuous production.
