The cooling system is designed for large hollow products. Independent circulating cooling channels are arranged inside mould and accumulator head. Stable cooling speed shortens forming cycle and improves surface finish of finished tanks. Good cooling also reduces internal stress of plastic products, so finished tanks are not easy to warp or crack under long-term liquid loading. Auxiliary supporting units such as mixer, material feeding station, product trimming device and leak tester can be matched together to form a complete turnkey production line. After forming, the leak detection station can check air tightness of each tank automatically to disqualify leaking products before delivery.
