Equipped with imported Italian GEFRAN linear position transducers and high-precision parison wall thickness servo valves, the system realizes real-time monitoring and dynamic compensation of mold position and parison thickness. It effectively solves the problem of uneven wall thickness of finished products, greatly improves product qualification rate, and reduces raw material waste.
3,High-Stability Hydraulic & Mechanical System
The hydraulic system adopts imported Sumitomo servo pump and supporting HT servo motor, matched with high-performance hydraulic servo valves and high-quality standard hydraulic components. The servo hydraulic system features fast response, precise pressure control and stable operation, realizing stepless speed regulation and significantly reducing idle power consumption, with outstanding energy-saving effects. The mold opening and closing mechanism adopts HTPM roller-type linear guideways, which have high rigidity, heavy load resistance and low friction, ensuring smooth, accurate and durable mold movement. The extrusion drive part is equipped with a hardened gear reducer, which runs stably under long-term heavy load with low noise and long service life.

The machine is equipped with a complete set of standardized pneumatic systems and high-quality solenoid valves, which accurately control all auxiliary pneumatic actions to ensure coordinated and stable equipment operation.
