This 2000-liter four-layer hollow blow molding equipment is independently developed for large-capacity chemical IBC tank, plastic pallet and bulk container production, adopting advanced four-layer co-extrusion molding technology to form composite plastic barrels with uniform wall thickness and excellent barrier performance in one step.
The whole machine equips stable integrated extrusion system with high-efficiency plasticizing screw and precise temperature control modules, which ensures consistent melting of raw materials and stable extrusion output. The matched heavy-duty hydraulic clamping unit delivers strong locking force, effectively avoiding flash and deformation during high-pressure blowing, greatly improving finished product yield.
Independent multi-layer distribution die head features optimized runner structure, realizing even distribution of inner, middle barrier, bonding and outer layers. The barrier layer can effectively isolate chemical solvents, oils and corrosive liquids, making finished containers meet strict industrial packaging storage and transportation standards.
Intelligent centralized control cabinet is equipped with high-stability programmable logic control system, supporting real-time display and adjustable setting of extrusion speed, mold clamping pressure, blowing flow, heating temperature and product wall thickness curve. The automatic wall thickness monitoring module dynamically adjusts the die gap online, so each finished tank maintains stable thickness across all positions.
Equipped with automatic blowing, mold cooling and product ejection linkage functions, the machine runs fully automatically from raw material feeding to finished product unloading, reducing manual intervention and boosting continuous production efficiency. The frame adopts thickened welded steel structure with anti-vibration treatment, adapting to long-term uninterrupted industrial operation.
Optional supporting auxiliary systems include industrial chiller, raw material crushing & recycling unit, automatic feeding conveyor and drying system, forming a complete unmanned production line for large multi-layer plastic containers.
