Notes for acceptance of blow molding machine

1. After the container arrives at the factory, check whether the seal on the container is sealed and whether the seal number is consistent with the one on the document.

2. After opening the container, check whether the wire rope used to fix the machine parts is broken, if there is any breakage, check whether the machine parts it fixes are damaged during transportation. If the machine parts are damaged, please contact our company in time.

• Loosen the fixing rope used to fix the machine parts. During the loosening process, please pay attention to taking protective measures to prevent the machine parts from suddenly slipping and causing injury to personnel. Lift the machine parts slowly and smoothly from the inside of the container to the location where the machine is installed.
• After taking out all the machine parts from the container, please confirm according to the bill of lading to ensure that all the machine parts have arrived, if there is any omission, please contact our company for confirmation. After confirming that there are no omissions, the components are sorted and placed in order to facilitate later installation.
• According to the list of free accessories provided by us, check the quantity of free accessories and make sure all the free accessories have arrived. If the quantity is inconsistent with the list of free accessories, please contact our company in time for confirmation.
• Check the brand of the main parts to make sure that the brand of the machine parts arriving is the same as the main parts brand on the contract. Such as motor, inverter, touch screen, PLC, reducer, etc. If the brand on the machine parts is inconsistent with the brand written in the contract, please contact our company for confirmation.
