1. After the container arrives at the factory, check whether the seal on the container is sealed and whether the seal number is consistent with the one on the document.

2. After opening the container, check whether the wire rope used to fix the machine parts is broken, if there is any breakage, check whether the machine parts it fixes are damaged during transportation. If the machine parts are damaged, please contact our company in time.

• Loosen the fixing rope used to fix the machine parts. During the loosening process, please pay attention to taking protective measures to prevent the machine parts from suddenly slipping and causing injury to personnel. Lift the machine parts slowly and smoothly from the inside of the container to the location where the machine is installed.
• After taking out all the machine parts from the container, please confirm according to the bill of lading to ensure that all the machine parts have arrived, if there is any omission, please contact our company for confirmation. After confirming that there are no omissions, the components are sorted and placed in order to facilitate later installation.
• According to the list of free accessories provided by us, check the quantity of free accessories and make sure all the free accessories have arrived. If the quantity is inconsistent with the list of free accessories, please contact our company in time for confirmation.
• Check the brand of the main parts to make sure that the brand of the machine parts arriving is the same as the main parts brand on the contract. Such as motor, inverter, touch screen, PLC, reducer, etc. If the brand on the machine parts is inconsistent with the brand written in the contract, please contact our company for confirmation.

Precautions before starting the blow molding machine

1. Check the liquid level gauge of the large hydraulic oil station, check the liquid level gauge of the private service oil station, and check the liquid level gauge of the gear box. If the liquid level is not higher than the reference oil level, you need to supplement the hydraulic oil and gear oil of the same type. Check whether the hydraulic oil pipe is connected normally and whether there is oil leakage at the connection, if so, please deal with it in time

2. Check the lubricating condition of the slider guide rail of the mold clamping machine and the slider guide rail of the manipulator. If the machine does not run for a long time, there is dust on the slider guide rail, which needs to be cleaned and then lubricated with lubricating oil. All the places that need to be lubricated need to be checked and lubricated.

3. Check whether the state of each moving part is normal and whether the screws are firmly fixed, mainly the clamping system, manipulator and air seat, check whether the screws are tightened, whether the chain is normally installed on the gear, etc.

4. Check the air compressor, whether the gas tank is connected normally, and check whether the air circuit status is normal. Check whether there is air leakage in pneumatic components such as tracheal joints, solenoid valves, and pressure reducing valves. Check whether the mouthpiece of the air seat is connected to the air tube

5. Check whether the chiller or cold water tower is connected normally, and check whether there is water leakage in the cooling water circuit. Check whether the cooling water path of the reducer and the fuel injection cylinder are unobstructed and whether there is any water leakage. If so, please deal with it in time.

6. Check whether the main power supply is normally connected, whether the ground wire is normally grounded, and whether various wires in the machine are normally connected

7. Check whether the hopper has been filled with raw materials to ensure that the raw materials are dry and clean.
