The HYBM-1500CF is a purpose-designed compact footprint extrusion blow moulding machine that addresses the growing demand from small and medium-sized tank manufacturers operating in urban industrial zones where factory floor space is at a premium.

With overall dimensions of just 5.5 meters by 2.4 meters and a total workshop area requirement of only 150 square meters including raw material storage and finished product staging zones, this machine occupies approximately 25% less floor area than a conventional 1500L-capacity blow moulding machine while maintaining a credible production capacity of 200kg/h HDPE throughput.

The machine is engineered for operation in mixed-use light industrial buildings common in cities such as Mumbai, Jakarta, Lagos, Nairobi, and Lima, where workshops may be located on upper floors of multi-story industrial buildings, alongside other businesses, or in residential-adjacent zones with strict noise ordinances.

The frame design incorporates an integrated vibration isolation system using elastomeric mounts at all ground contact points, and the hydraulic power unit is enclosed in a sound-attenuating cabinet that reduces the machine sound pressure level to 76 dB(A) at 1 meter, enabling compliance with urban noise regulations and allowing operation during extended hours without community disturbance.

Every subsystem is designed for access from the front and right side of the machine only, eliminating the requirement for rear and left side clearance that conventional machines demand for maintenance access. This enables the machine to be positioned against workshop walls or in corner locations, further maximizing productive space utilization.
