The system outputs flow and pressure on demand according to moulding actions instead of constant full load, cutting energy consumption noticeably compared with traditional fixed-flow hydraulic circuits. The main extruder is fitted with customized screw and barrel assembly with segmented heating and cooling loops, which maintains stable melt temperature and prevents over-shearing of HDPE resin.
