Servo-hydraulic drive is adopted for clamping, die lifting and accumulator movement. Compared with conventional fixed-pump hydraulic systems, it outputs power on demand, lowers idle energy consumption and reduces oil temperature rise. The heavy-duty clamping frame provides strong and balanced clamping force, resisting mold opening pressure during high-pressure blowing and avoiding flash or deformation on large tank products. The clamping platen moves smoothly with low impact, protecting molds and extending mold service cycles. A high-efficiency cooling circuit with independent internal and external water circulation keeps mold temperature stable and shortens each forming cycle.
The control platform adopts a color touch human-machine interface linked with PLC, featuring visualized parameter setting, running status monitoring, fault alarm and historical record inquiry. All temperature, speed, time and thickness data can be locked by user authority to prevent unintended parameter modification by on-site operators. Safety interlock devices are fitted on protective doors, emergency stop zones and moving working ranges to meet international safety norms and CE certification requirements. Optional auxiliary modules include automatic deflashing units, leak-test stations, mold temperature controllers and material feeding systems, to build a fully automated production cell.
