Product Description

The 1000L three-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a mid-end multi-layer blow molding device upgraded on the basis of double-layer equipment, adopting three-extruder synchronous co-extrusion technology. 


It forms a stable three-layer composite structure of outer protective layer, middle functional barrier layer and inner sanitary contact layer for 1000L large plastic containers. This equipment perfectly balances production cost, product barrier performance and mechanical strength, and is widely used in standard chemical packaging, ordinary food liquid storage and medium-grade industrial IBC tank production, filling the performance gap between double-layer high cost and single-layer low protection.​


The equipment features an optimized ABA or ABC three-layer structural design, with independent extruders controlling each layer’s material proportion and thickness. The outer layer adopts high-toughness HDPE material to resist external impact, abrasion and ultraviolet aging; the middle layer uses high-barrier EVOH or PA resin to block oxygen and moisture penetration; the inner layer adopts food-grade or chemical-resistant pure resin to ensure the safety of stored materials.


Compared with double-layer containers, the independent barrier layer greatly improves anti-permeation performance, effectively preventing chemical volatilization and material deterioration, while avoiding excessive use of expensive barrier materials to control overall production costs.​


Equipped with a precision layered die head and synchronous control system, the machine realizes uniform wall thickness distribution and stable layer ratio. The fully automated production process includes clamping, layered blow molding, circulating cooling and intelligent demolding, ensuring consistent batch product quality. It is the most cost-effective mainstream model for medium barrier requirement container production.​

In practical application, this three-layer machine is suitable for storing weak corrosive chemicals, fruit juice liquids, and industrial intermediate materials. Its layered structure solves the defect of insufficient barrier performance of single and double-layer products, and its cost is far lower than high-grade multi-layer equipment. With stable operation and low maintenance cost, it has become the preferred equipment for medium-standard large container manufacturing enterprises.
