The HYBM-2000 is our most technologically advanced extrusion blow moulding machine, centered on a PLC platform with a 15-inch industrial touchscreen HMI that provides granular control over every process parameter for the production of water storage tanks ranging from 500 liters to 2000 liters.

This machine is engineered for manufacturers who require maximum production flexibility, running short batches of varied tank specifications across multiple customers and industries on a single machine platform.

The control system stores up to 100 complete recipe programs, each containing the full parameter set for a specific tank configuration including all 200 parison profile points, 12 heating zone temperature setpoints, extruder speed, clamp force, mold cooling time, and post-mold handling sequence.

Recipe changeover is executed in under 3 minutes with all parameters loaded simultaneously from the recipe database and verified against actual sensor readings before cycle start is enabled. The OPC-UA server embedded in the PLC enables seamless integration with plant-level manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, supporting Industry 4.0 initiatives at customer factories.

Per-zone energy metering with data logging to USB or network storage provides the consumption transparency needed for ISO 50001 energy management system certification.

  • 12-Zone Independent Temperature Control: Each heating zone features a dedicated PID controller with auto-tuning capability and thermocouple break detection. Temperature stability of ±1°C is maintained across all zones even during ambient temperature swings common in factories without climate control, ensuring consistent melt viscosity and parison sag behavior throughout production shifts.
  • Per-Zone Energy Metering: Individual kWh meters on the extruder motor drive, hydraulic pump motor, and each heating zone enable factory managers to calculate energy cost per tank produced. Historical energy data supports ISO 50001 certification and helps identify energy efficiency improvement opportunities such as optimizing pre-heating schedules and barrel temperature profiles for specific resin grades.
