These sophisticated systems utilize six independent extruders arranged in a precise configuration to feed different material types into a multi-layer die head, creating perfectly layered parisons with exceptional precision.
Advanced Extrusion Technology
Each extruder features specialized screw designs optimized for specific materials, with length-to-diameter ratios of 28:1 to ensure homogeneous melting and stable extrusion. The machines can produce 1000L containers with a total power requirement of approximately 530 kW and sophisticated temperature control systems.
Precision Die Head Design
The key technological component is the hexa-layer die head with sophisticated flow channels that maintain perfect layer separation until parison formation.
