The HYBM-2000L is a fully integrated high-speed automatic blow moulding production line designed for manufacturers targeting export markets in developed economies where labor costs, occupational safety regulations, and quality consistency requirements favor maximum automation.

This complete production line integrates a 120mm high-output blow moulding machine, a 6-axis articulated robot for automated part removal, a dual-station hot-knife and rotary deflashing system, and a roller conveyor with integrated weighing and barcode labeling station into a single centrally controlled manufacturing cell managed by a PLC.

The line achieves a sustained output of 18 to 22 finished and deflashed 1500L or 2000L tanks per hour while requiring only 1 to 2 operators for supervision and material replenishment, representing a 60% labor reduction compared to conventional manually-operated blow moulding operations that typically require 4 to 5 workers for the same output.

Every inter-machine handoff is governed by safety-rated PLC logic conforming to ISO 9001 Performance Level d, with the robot cell enclosed in interlocked perimeter guarding that brings the entire line into a Category 3 safety stop within 150 milliseconds of any guard door opening.

  • 6-Axis Robotic Part Handling: A 50kg-payload articulated robot with 2.8-meter reach performs automated tank extraction from the open mold, eliminating the ergonomic risk and cycle time variability of manual part removal. The robot executes a teach-programmed trajectory that grips the tank at the pinch-off tail, extracts it vertically from the mold cavity, and places it on the deflashing station conveyor in a cycle time of 6 seconds.
  • Dual-Station Automated Deflashing: The deflashing system combines a hot-knife pneumatic shear for primary flash removal at the pinch-off zone with a rotary trim station that machines the tank neck to finished thread dimensions with ±0.3mm tolerance. Flash material is automatically conveyed to an integrated granulator for immediate in-line recycling, reducing raw material waste to below 2%.
  • Integrated Quality Control Gate: A weigh-scale conveyor section positioned after deflashing performs 100% in-line weight verification of every tank, automatically diverting any unit outside the ±3% weight tolerance window to a quarantine roller lane for manual inspection. A thermal transfer barcode printer applies a unique serial number to each tank, enabling full traceability from resin batch to finished product.
  • ISO 13849-1 PL d Safety Architecture: The entire production line is designed to safety integrity level PL d with dual-channel safety circuits, interlocked perimeter guarding, light curtains at operator access points, and a safety-rated robot controller with Safe Torque Off and Safe Limited Speed monitoring. This enables CE marking for the complete line under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
  • Global Electrical Compatibility: The main control cabinet includes a multi-tap isolation transformer supporting 380V, 400V, 415V, 440V, and 480V three-phase inputs at both 50Hz and 60Hz, selectable through a mechanical interlock switch. This eliminates the need for external step-up or step-down transformers when the line is installed in any global manufacturing location.
